Good fitting, but the threads started to come out after first machine wash. I guess I'll just wash it in a bucket now. As for exercises a little from waist it goes down very slightly not much. Would suggest you guys to come up with something above ankles too like cropped leggings without the thread work coming out.

The high waistband doesn’t roll down at all, which is honestly a huge plus for me!!
