Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund within 14 days of delivery. A fee of ₹100 per return request will be applicable.

Once you raise a return request and it is approved, we will arrange the pickup from your address. You do not need to ship the product to us. Pickup details will be shared with you via WhatsApp or email.

After the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check. Refunds will only be processed once the item has been received and approved after inspection.

All approved refunds are processed every Friday and will be issued within 7–10 days from the date of pickup. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, payment provider, or credit card company to process and reflect the refund in your account.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Any product that is damaged, worn, used, altered, or not in the same condition as received will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sale Items & Gift Cards
Products purchased at a discount are not eligible for returns or refunds. However, if needed, they may be exchanged for other sale items. Such items can only be exchanged subject to availability.
If the exchanged item is of a higher value, we will share a payment link for the price difference. If the exchanged item is of a lower value, the balance amount will be issued as store credit.
Gift cards are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Exchanges

As soon as the item to be exchanged is picked up, we will process your exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the condition of the returned item.

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product, store credit, or another suitable resolution at our discretion.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Exchange Limit
Each item is eligible for exchange only once. Once an exchange has been processed, no further exchange requests will be accepted for the same item, except in cases of a verified factory or manufacturing defect.

For any exchange request raised after the first exchange due to a factory or manufacturing defect, the customer must provide a clear unboxing video as proof. The video must clearly show the package being opened and the defect on the product. Such requests will be reviewed by our team and approved only if the defect is verified.

Cancellation Policy

Availability of Products: All orders are subject to product availability. In the event of supply difficulties or if products are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to cancel your order and initiate a refund for prepaid orders.

Refusal of Order: We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on the website. While we make every effort to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances where we may need to refuse or cancel an order after an Order Confirmation has been sent. We reserve the right to do so at any time, at our sole discretion.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for withdrawing any product from the website, whether it has been sold or not, removing or editing any materials or content on the website, or refusing to process or accept an order after sending an Order Confirmation.

Your Right to Cancel: If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a contract at any time before the dispatch of goods. In this case, you shall receive a full refund of the price paid for the products, in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Your right to cancel applies only to products that are returned in the same condition as received. You should also include all product instructions, documents, tags, and original packaging. Any product that is damaged, worn, used, altered, or not in the same condition as received will not be eligible for refund.

You will not have the right to cancel a contract for the supply of the following products:

  • Customized items
  • Altered items
  • Products whose original wrapping or packaging has been removed
  • Gift card
  • Sale items, except where eligible for exchange as mentioned above.

Please take good and reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. Where possible, original boxes, instructions, documents, tags, and packaging should be retained and used for the return or exchange of the products.
